Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of cloud.zeemtechsolution.com (the “Site”), operated by Zeem Tech Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”). By reading, browsing, subscribing, downloading, or commenting, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Disclaimer, which are all incorporated here by reference. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Who we are
The Site is an independent publication covering cloud platforms and information security. It is operated by [Registered legal name], registered at [Street address, city, postal code, country], registration number [company / NTN number]. You can reach us through our contact page.
3. Permitted use of the Site
You may read, print, and share our articles for your own professional and personal use. You may not:
- republish our articles in full, on any platform, without written permission;
- scrape, crawl at abusive rates, or bulk-download the Site, or use it to train a machine-learning model without our written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, or any connected system, or probe it for vulnerabilities except as invited in section 6;
- interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malware or by any denial-of-service activity;
- remove, obscure, click artificially on, or otherwise interfere with advertising displayed on the Site;
- use the Site for anything unlawful, or in breach of the rights of others.
4. Intellectual property
All articles, images, layouts, code, and the Zeem Tech Solution name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Quoting a short extract with clear attribution and a working link back to the original article is welcome. Anything beyond that requires permission — write to [editor@yourdomain.com].
Product names, logos, and trade marks belonging to Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Google, and other vendors are the property of their respective owners. We use them descriptively for reporting purposes. This Site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those companies.
5. Comments, tips and other submissions
Where comments or submissions are enabled, you keep ownership of what you write but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, store, and display it on the Site and in related promotion.
You are responsible for what you submit. Do not post:
- working exploit code, malware samples, or stolen data;
- credentials, API keys, tokens, or personal data belonging to anyone;
- defamatory, harassing, hateful, or unlawful material;
- spam, affiliate spam, or search-engine link schemes.
We may edit, refuse, or remove any submission, and we may close comment threads, at our discretion and without notice. Removal is a moderation decision, not a judgement about you.
6. Security research content and responsible use
Our tutorials, laboratory write-ups and threat analyses are published for defensive and educational purposes: to help administrators find and fix weaknesses in systems they own or are contracted to test.
You agree to use anything you learn here only against systems for which you hold documented authorisation. Testing, scanning, or attacking systems without permission is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions, including under computer misuse and electronic crime legislation. We accept no responsibility for anyone who ignores that.
If you find a vulnerability in this Site, please report it to [security@yourdomain.com] before disclosing it publicly. We do not pursue researchers who act in good faith, avoid privacy violations and service disruption, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue.
7. Downloads and tools
Some pages link to security tools, decryptors, checklists, and scripts. Where a tool is ours, it is provided free and “as is” under the licence stated in its repository. Where a tool belongs to somebody else, we link to the vendor or project page rather than mirroring the file, and their licence and terms apply. Verify hashes and signatures before running anything, and test on a non-production system first.
8. Advertising and sponsored content
The Site is funded by advertising, served principally through Google AdSense. Ads are labelled “Advertisement” and are kept visually separate from editorial content. We do not control which advertisers appear, and an ad is never an endorsement.
Any sponsored article, paid review, or affiliate link is labelled as such before the content begins, in line with our Editorial Policy. Advertisers get no say over our reporting, including reporting about them.
9. Third-party links
We link to vendor advisories, CVE records, research papers, and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you follow a link, that site’s terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
10. No warranty
The Site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of harmful components. Security information ages quickly; see the Disclaimer.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site, or from any action you take based on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to [PKR 10,000 / USD 100] or the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeem Tech Solution, its owners, staff, and contributors against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your unlawful use of information published here.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in the Cookie Policy. You can change your advertising and analytics choices at any time from Cookie settings.
14. Availability and changes to the Site
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, including archived articles and downloads, at any time and without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third party if we do.
15. Termination
We may block access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms, abuses our infrastructure, or interferes with our advertising. Sections 4, 10, 11, 12, and 16 survive termination.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY / STATE — e.g. the Islamic Republic of Pakistan], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers keep any right they have to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on the Site.
